The Pangasinan Police Provincial Office, under the leadership of PCOL DENNIS L DE LEON, OIC PD and PLTCOL JOSE L ABAYA II, Gun Club President, Pangasinan PPO-PDSC extends its deepest gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to PBGEN JOVENCIO SURIBEN BADUA JR for his exemplary leadership, steadfast guidance, and dedicated service as the Regional Director of Police Regional Office 1.
