Every position in YPAG carries a distinct set of responsibilitiesโ€”and with these responsibilities come specific qualifications.

For students who intend to run in the upcoming YPAG Election 2026, this guide presents the eligibility standards that must be met before proceeding with the candidacy process.

Go through the qualifications corresponding to your desired position and make sure that you are eligible to run. A well-prepared candidate begins not only with a vision for leadership, but with an understanding of the standards and responsibilities attached to the role.

Further announcements regarding the election timeline, campaign period, procedures, and other election-related matters will be released in due course. Until official guidelines and a go signal are given, all prospective candidates are expected to refrain from campaigning or conducting any election-related activities.

Please be reminded that any violation of election protocols, including unauthorized campaigning or conduct inconsistent with the standards expected of a YPAG leader, may result in automatic disqualification from the electoral process.
