Pangasinan Chess League The Pangasinan Chess League (PCL), founded in 2009, is the largest, most active and the only government-registered chess organization in Pangasinan.

The PCL aims to make Pangasinan the Chess Capital of the Ilocos Region, and, if possible, the Philippines.
