𝐄𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐧 ⏳

Long before Pangasinan became the province we know today, its inland areas were called "Caboloan." Centered in Binalatongan (now San Carlos City), its lands were abundant with “bolo” bamboo, a resource so defining it gave the kingdom its very name. 🎍

Caboloan thrived as a vibrant hub of trade, forging connections with China and Japan.

Though centuries have passed, the proud echoes of Caboloan continue to shape Province’s soul, reminding us that our roots run deep and our story is timeless. ✨

Following the celebration of Agew na Pangasinan, here's a quick fun fact about the Province.

The name Pangasinan is rooted in "𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨-𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯"- 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲.

From its name to its legacy, Pangasinan continues to tell a story worth discovering. ✨
