Empowering the next generation of tech leaders! The Computer Science Department successfully hosted a 2-day Training in Programming using Python at Polong National High School on December 11-12, 2024. Mr. Baden Darwin C. Carranza and Mr. Alexandre Chance N. Espinosa served as speakers, equipping Grade 12 Senior High School students with essential coding skills and preparing them for future careers in technology. The event was facilitated by the Computer Science faculty members and the dedicated officers of the CLICS organization, who guided participants with enthusiasm and expertise.

A special thank you to Dr. Marissa M. Mamaril, Principal of Polong National High School, for inviting us to conduct this valuable training. We also extend our gratitude to the teachers and students of Polong National High School for their eagerness to learn and grow.

A special acknowledgment goes to Dr. Ma. Sheryl R. Sunga, Chairperson of the Computer Science Department, Mr. Ferdinand M. Mata, the team leader of the training, and Dr. Cristeta G. Tolentino, Dean of the College of Computing Sciences, for their overall supervision and support, ensuring the success of this impactful project.
