As part of the Board of Directors’ continuous advertisement solicitation efforts, FENTEP, Inc. was able to share the fruit of unity and hard work this past September — through the distribution of rice to all our beloved regular members as of August 2025. 💙

More than just rice, this represents solidarity, support, and family within our community. 🙌✨

The 24th Representative Assembly of the Pangasinan State University – Federation of Non-Teaching and Teaching Personnel, Inc. (PSU-FENTEP, Inc.) was successfully held last Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Golden Rays View Hotel – B&T Seafoods Restaurant, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
The event gathered (number of delegates) delegates from all nine (9) PSU campuses, serving as a meaningful occasion to reconnect with active members and retirees. It also provided a platform to present updates on policies and benefits, as well as the annual accomplishments and financial reports.
Guided by this year’s theme:
✨ “Providing Care, Empowering Lives, and Building Solidarity” ✨
the assembly underscored the core purpose of PSU-FENTEP, Inc.—to stand as a steadfast partner of Pangasinan State University in caring for its most valuable asset: its human resources.
“For when we provide care, we empower lives. When we empower lives, we do more than uplift—we transform. And when we build solidarity, we do more than unite—we create a stronger, more resilient PSU community.” 💙💛

Just two weeks before the 24th Representative Assembly, our BOD members huddled once again on Sunday, September 14, 2025; 01:00 PM for a special meeting. The agenda included finalizing committee assignments, securing the venue, and setting the proofreading schedule before endorsement to the printing press
From assessing risks posed by the inclement weather to planning how to maximize solicitation efforts, the BOD worked hand-in-hand to ensure that the upcoming assembly will be both successful and well-organized.

"Just a month before the much-awaited Annual Representative Assembly, our Board of Directors gathered once again last Saturday, August 9, 2025, for their 4th Quarter Regular Meeting, presided over by Ms. Catherine Calub. With focus and teamwork, they mapped out plans and finalized preparations for the big event — including our souvenir program solicitation drive. Their dedication and hard work reflect their genuine commitment to serving every FENTEP member. 💙 "

📸 In Photos | Board of Directors (BODs) from different PSU campuses convened last Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Golden Rays View Hotel - B & T Seafood Restaurant, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

BOD members reviewed quarterly accomplishments, discussed issues and concerns and strategically plan upcoming activity, including of which is the 24th Representative Assembly which is set to take place in September 2025. Aside from the plans and programs, BOD members formed working committees to ensure a well-organized and impactful event.

During the 2nd Regular Meeting held at Golden Rays view Hotel, Lingayen, Pangasinan, on March 15, 2025, Vice President Catherine R. Calub presided over the discussions.

This meeting served as an opportunity to review accomplishments from the past months and address key issues and challenges faced by each Board of Directors (BOD) member in their respective campuses.

Moreover, the Board of Directors focused on strategies to enhance recruitment efforts for new members and increase loan availment—both crucial for strengthening the organization’s financial stability.

The Board also began distributing solicitation letters for the 24th Representative Assembly, scheduled for September 2025.

As President Dr. Catherine N. Lumanta aptly stated, "Sama-sama tayo at tulong-tulong para sa FENTEP, Inc."—a reminder of our shared commitment to achieving common goals.
