​The team actively participated in interactive workshops and hands-on simulation activities to put our learnings into practice. Through this activity, the ACT-MCT members of Liloy, ZDN are further equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective implementation of CRIP in their respective assigned areas.

Training is complete, the blueprint is set, and now we are ready to hit the ground running 🏃🏻‍♀️✨

On May 26, 2026, the ACT-MCT (Liloy) team plunged into 𝔻𝕒𝕪 𝟚: ℂℝ𝕀ℙ 𝕋𝕣𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕚𝕟𝕘 ℂ𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕤𝕖 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝔸ℂ𝕋𝕤 𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕘𝕖𝕤 𝟙 𝕥𝕠 𝟚. Today's agenda focused intensely on the critical mechanisms that keep our community work standardized, ethical, and highly effective.

​The morning session laid down the concrete groundwork for field implementation, diving deep into the CRIP Highlights: Municipal Orientation, First BA (Barangay Assembly), PRVA, and MRP with CDO IV Vicente Noay, Jr., followed by a crucial overview of Stakeholders Feedback Mechanisms by PEO IV Franceen-Angeli Duterte. Later in the afternoon, the team tackled PCRP Monitoring & Evaluation Frameworks as well as Environmental and Social Safeguards to ensure sustainable development across all facets of our work.

​Through this activity, the ACT-MCT members are further equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective implementation of CRIP in their respective assigned areas. We are intentionally building our capacity and doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes because, at the end of the day, mastering a solid foundation makes all the difference when it comes to serving our communities with excellence. Today, May 25, 2026, the ACT-MCT (Liloy) team participated in Day 1: CRIP Training Course for ACTs Stages 1 to 2 - Part 1: Online Context Setting.

This session aims that by the end of the three-day Basic Training Course, the ACTs will be able to translate the context, principles, and key concepts of the PCRP.

Through this activity, the ACT-MCT members are further equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective implementation of CRIP in their respective assigned areas. Because at the end of the day, mastering the foundation makes all the difference when it comes to serving our communities. 💪🏻❤️✨

With the upcoming POM Exam getting nearer, the team has been reviewing the program manuals. But despite the packed schedule and limited time, our dedicated Community Empowerment Facilitators (CEFs) still maximized their available hours to pull off these consecutive, high-energy Barangay Assembly (BA) Simulation Exercises!

​🗓️ May 14, 2026 – Kicked off by CEFs Jenisa C. Retiza and Rejen M. Mañosa, setting a strong momentum for the team.

🗓️ May 18, 2026 – Facilitated by CEF Rachel Ann A. Ramos, which was made even more impactful with a special visitation and guidance from the Regional Program Management Office (RPMO).

🗓️ May 19, 2026 – Continued with the same high energy by CEFs Mariane A. Pantoja and Camilla Jane P. Cuartocruz, with a special visitation from Ma'am Evelyn D. Lingatong, OIC-Division Chief, who gave her valuable guidance and full support to the team.

🗓️ May 20, 2026 – Wrapped up today’s bracket by CEFs Charissa D. Lania and Zhaira Joy A. Gamboa.

We are training hard because practice makes perfect! Balancing exam reviews and simulation exercises ensures that our facilitators are fully prepared to guide our communities during the actual BAs. Hinihasa natin ang kakayahan para sa mas maayos at swabeng paggabay sa totoong laban! 💪🏻✨

Earlier today, May 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Area Coordinating Team (ACT) and Municipal Coordinating Team (MCT) gathered at the KALAHI Liloy Office for its regular monthly meeting.

​Initiated and headed by our dedicated Area Coordinator (AC) and Municipal Area Coordinator (MAC), the productive session focused on two crucial agenda items aimed at moving our community projects forward: 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Aside from today's targets, our AC and MAC also laid out the plans and groundwork for our next meeting! The team is already gearing up to finalize the exact field evaluation timelines and deep-dive into the consolidated data from our barangays. Inihahanda na natin ang lahat para tuloy-tuloy at swabe ang ating community operations🫶✨

Throughout the month of April, the 𝑲𝑨𝑳𝑨𝑯𝑰-𝑪𝑰𝑫𝑺𝑺 𝑳𝒊𝒍𝒐𝒚 𝑨𝑪𝑻-𝑴𝑪𝑻 team successfully completed courtesy calls to all 37 𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮𝙨 of the Municipality of Liloy 🤝

🔍This mission isn't just paperwork; it's progress. This initiative is a joint effort between our 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 (𝐁𝐋𝐆𝐔𝐬) and 𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃 𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐇𝐈-𝐂𝐈𝐃𝐒𝐒 to ensure our community data is accurate and ready to pave the way for community-led success.

This vital activity was led by Area Coordinator (AC) Anabelle Ronda, RSW and Municipal Area Coordinator (MAC) Engr. Romualdo Baquirquir.
