On July 14, 2025, the Rotary Club of Liloy witnessed a momentous and heartfelt transition during our Hand Over and Induction Ceremony. Outgoing President Hon. Michelle Uy - a beacon of strength, service, and compassion - gracefully passed the gavel of leadership to our incoming Club President, Hon. Konsehal Meme Enero, a woman equally empowered, passionate, and driven to serve.
Their unwavering dedication to community and public service inspires and motivates us all.
This event reminds us of the true Rotary spirit - Service Above Self - carried on by two inspirational women who continue to make a lasting impact in our community.
This beautiful moment was made even more meaningful by the presence of our valued guests and partners in service.
