Jolbert was born with a cleft lip and palate. While his parents initially felt disappointed, they found hope in knowing that help was available.

Even before his birth, they prepared themselves emotionally after learning about his condition through ultrasound. With love and determination, they sought support and connected with Abounding in Love.

On March 12, Jolbert had cleft lip surgery through the Rotary Club of Cebu Cleft Program, skillfully performed by Dr. Alain Senerpida. The transformation has been remarkable.

Jolbert now has a brighter future, able to smile freely and grow without fear of bullying, surrounded by the love of his nine siblings and strong parents. He is the 26th beneficiary of the Rotary Club of Cebu Cleft Program, a testament to the impact of compassion and collaboration.

Letโ€™s continue to promote awareness and kindness, as every child deserves a chance to shine.

Meet Aehl Jayden, a brave seven-month-old baby from Dalagguete, Cebu, born with a cleft lip. He recently received life-changing surgery through the 21st Rotaplast International Medical Mission at Adventist Hospital Cebu.

His parents hope this surgery will help him eat well, boost his self-esteem, and protect him from teasing.

Thanks to the Rotaplast International Medical team, Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre , ICM Cebu base , Asilo de la Milagrosa and generous supporters, Aehl and other children like him have a chance to shine.

We are immensely grateful to International Care Ministries for their unwavering support during our third partnership for a medical mission! This partnership was part of the recent 21st Rotaplast International Medical Mission, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre. ICM Cebu base played a crucial role by providing food and transportation during the laboratory, screening, and post-operative activities.

We sincerely thank them for their dedication and passion in helping children with cleft conditions. Our shared goal is to reach and support more children, giving them a brighter future.

Meet Jovic

One of our beneficiaries from the 21st Rotaplast International Medical Mission (March 11โ€“20) at Adventist Hospital Cebu. His successful cleft lip surgery marked a new beginning, Jovic can now face the world with confidence, no longer hiding his smile or feeling ashamed.

A heartwarming story to celebrate today ๐Ÿ’™

Daominsao is one of the beneficiaries of the 21st Rotaplast International medical mission. He underwent cleft palate surgery yesterday, and today, after a successful operation, he has been discharged from the hospital.

What makes this day even more special is that today is also his birthday! Imagine being able to go home on your birthday after receiving life-changing surgery.

For him, this is truly the best birthday gift he has ever received, a new sense of hope, a brighter future, and a reason to smile even more.
