Our school successfully conducted the School Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adjustment (MEA) and Performance Implementation Review (PIR), where teachers presented the necessary data and reports to monitor the implementation of school programs and assess progress toward our targets.

The activity fostered collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.

Guided by reliable data and collective reflection, the school identified strengths, addressed areas for enhancement, and planned appropriate interventions to further improve learner outcomes.

Through this initiative, we reaffirm our commitment to evidence-based decision-making and the delivery of quality basic education.

Today, June 22, 2026 (Monday), our teachers gathered in the newly constructed school office for another meaningful and productive Collaborative Expertise (CE).

The session focused on the sharing and presentation of the Grade 6 Mathematics and Grade 4 English Daily Lesson Logs (DLLs) anchored on the ILAW Framework.
Through collaborative discussions, participants exchanged best practices, innovative teaching strategies, and valuable insights that can further enhance classroom instruction and learner outcomes.

The activity generated positive results as teachers actively engaged in professional dialogue, offered constructive feedback, and reflected on effective approaches to lesson delivery.
The sharing of experiences and ideas fostered a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth among educators.

Despite experiencing intermittent power outages during the session, the enthusiasm and commitment of the participants remained unwavering.
The temporary challenges did not hinder the flow of discussions, demonstrating the dedication of our teachers to professional development and educational excellence.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 || 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐄

Another meaningful Collaborative Expertise (CE) session was successfully conducted today, June 19, 2026, at 4:15 PM.

The session focused on the presentation of the Key Stage 1 sample DLL utilizing the ILAW Framework, aligned with the DepEd Orders discussed during the previous LAC Session.

The presentation provided valuable insights into each component of the ILAW Framework, highlighting its coherence with learning objectives and emphasizing the significance of its essential elements in delivering quality instruction.

The activity also served as an avenue for professional collaboration, reflection, and the sharing of best practices among teachers, further strengthening our commitment to continuous improvement and learner-centered education.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our School Head, Mr. Richard C. Sabite, for his unwavering support; to our Master Teacher, Rachel Marie M. Gomez, for her guidance and expertise; and to all teachers and staff for their active participation and dedication to growth and development.

𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍 || 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐄

In line with the school's commitment to continuous professional growth and collaborative expertise, Rachel Marie M. Gomez, Master Teacher of Ugbon Elementary School, spearheaded today's Collaborative Expertise (CE) session focusing on DepEd Order No. 016, s. 2026, Guidelines on Lesson Planning and Learning Design.

The session highlighted key provisions of the policy to strengthen teachers' understanding of effective lesson planning and the development of learner-centered instructional designs that promote meaningful learning outcomes.

Furthermore, DepEd Order No. 003, s. 2026 was given emphasis as the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education forms part of the current ILAW Framework.
Discussions centered on the responsible and ethical utilization of AI tools to support lesson preparation, instructional delivery, assessment, and professional development while ensuring alignment with DepEd standards and policies.

The productive exchange of ideas and best practices among teachers reflected the school's dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in education.

The school officially conducted its first Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session for this school year, focusing on Performance Management and Evaluation System (PMES) – Phase 1 and the accomplishment of the electronic Self-Assessment Tool (e-SAT).

The session provided teachers with guidance on performance management processes and facilitated the completion of the e-SAT, an essential tool for identifying professional development needs and strengthening teaching practices.
