To strengthen studentsโ€™ public speaking skills, the Communication Arts and Debate Club held its inaugural workshop on April 8, 2026, marking a fresh chapter after years of dormancy.

The program featured three notable speakers: Mr. Jan Sander Aban, who stressed the dangers of silence in discourse; Mr. Reginald B. Fajardo, who led the eventโ€™s highlight, a spirited mock debate; and Ms. Krissa โ€œBubaiโ€ Receunco, who emphasized the mastery of voice, from tone and projection to modulation, as essential to commanding an audience.

Jamila Zambrano, president of the club, along with the adviser Ms. Janice D. Diaz, shared her delight at the workshopโ€™s success, noting that despite doubts and multiple revisions, the determination to push through made the achievement deeply fulfilling.
