These activities are designed to educate the community on the purpose, relevance, and goals of the Early Warning System (EWS). The Philippine Red Cross Albay-Legazpi City Chapter expresses its heartfelt condolences to the Bicol College community on the passing of Dir. Maria Luz T. Macasinag, distinguished Board Member of the Philippine Red Cross.

Her lifelong dedication to humanitarian service, selfless leadership, and unwavering commitment to uplifting the vulnerable leave an enduring legacy across the nation and within our region.

We extend our thoughts, prayers, and solidarity to her family, loved ones, and all who were touched by her life during this time of loss. May her dedicated spirit of volunteerism and compassion continue to inspire us all.
