We are proud to share some of the many inspiring journeys of our Into Employment Program participants who have successfully started their careers through the support and training provided by Children International Bicol Inc. through the Career Readiness Program – Personalized Coaching Sessions, these jobseekers gained valuable skills and confidence that helped them secure great job opportunities.

Their success stories show how preparation and guidance can truly open doors to a brighter future. This is what the Into Employment Program is all about—empowering young people to become job-ready and achieve meaningful careers.

CIBI’s goal is to help youth become confident young adults who has the mindset and tools to reach their goals become sustainably employed and positively influence their community.

Mga ka-CI! Panahon na naman ng Volunteer Awards! May gusto ka bang parangalan na CIBI volunteer ngayong taon? Alamin na natin kung paano!

SINO ANG PUEDE MAG NOMINATE?

Ang mga pwedeng magnominate ay CIBI sponsored children/youth, ex-sponsored youth, parents/guardians of sponsored children/youth, CIBI staff at
CIBI volunteers.

Kung ikaw ay volunteer at feeling mo ay deserve mo ang award na ito ay pwedeng pwede mo inominate ang iyong sarili!

Isang beses lang pwede magnominate.

SINO ANG PUEDE I-NOMINATE?

Maaaring i-nominate sinuman sa volunteers ng CIBI, kabilang na ang parateachers at Volunteer Club Facilitators, na aktibo ngayong taong 2025.

Pwede pang i-nominate ang mga naparangalan na Most Outstanding Volunteers
nong mga nakaraang taon, kung aktibong volunteers pa ngayong 2025.

Ang sakop ng awarding ay para sa serbisyo ng volunteer na iginawad nila sa CIBI ngayong January hanggang September 2025.

ANO ANG MGA HINAHANAP NATIN SA MGA INO-NOMINATE?

Sa pagpili ng volunteer na inonominate, tignan kung ipinapakita nya ang mga sumusunod na katangian ngayong taong 2025:

a) May dedikasyon na sundin ang mission ng organisasyon. Nagtitiwala at ginagawang
makahulugan ang pakikipag-ugnayan sa iba.
b) Naniniwala na ang bawat isa ay merong potential/pambihirang kakayahan at talent na naghihintay maibahagi sa iba.
c) Nagpapahalaga sa pakikipagrelasyon sa kapwa, komunikasyon at kooperasyon ng grupo.
d) Nagbibigay halaga sa kaalaman, pagkamalikhain at mga bagong kaisipan.Importante sa kanya ang tunay na impormasyon. Marunong makinig, makibagay at malakas ang loob sa pagharap sa mga hamon.
e) Ang kanyang mga ginagawa ay naayon sa mga layunin ng organisasyon.
Ipinagdiriwang ang mga tagumpay at tinatanggap ang kanyang mga
pagkakamali.

PAANO ANG PROSESO NG PAGPILI?

Ang mga CIBI staff sa bawat Community Center ay magso-short list ng top 5 mula sa mga nominado.

Ang top 5 volunteers na mapipili sa bawat Community Center ay dadaan sa validation ng 2025 Volunteer Awards Screening Committee.

Dalawang Most Outstanding Volunteers ang paparangalan sa bawat Community
Center sa December 2025.

The Service Area Center C staff is currently holding a pre-coordination meeting with School Heads to explore potential partnership opportunities aligned with the implementation of Children International’s new programs for 2026.

It was a truly fruitful conversation with these amazing and passionate School Heads from the Legazpi City Division and Albay Division.
