Today, August 21, we commemorate Ninoy Aquino Day, honoring the life and legacy of Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr. and remembering the courage and sacrifice that marked a significant chapter in Philippine history.

May this day remind us of the value of courage, freedom, democracy, and service to the Filipino people—and of our shared responsibility to help build a nation grounded in truth, justice, and peace.

As we remember the past, may we continue to carry forward the values that inspire us to serve the common good.

UNIFORM AND ID POLICY

To all Tertiary, College of Law, and Graduate School students, please be guided by the University’s Uniform and Identification Card (ID) Policy for Academic Year 2026–2027. Students are advised to carefully review the posted guidelines regarding the prescribed uniform, proper attire on designated days, and the wearing of the official University ID while inside the campus.

Observing the University’s uniform and ID policy reflects our commitment to discipline, professionalism, security, and the Legazpi Thomasian identity.
