To educate and empower the children and youth in the spirit of Red Cross through relevant training and effective leadership and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities.

๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐กโ (๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ) - This is the Red Cross Youth Council that composed of members and elected officers who are enrolled as Kinder to Grade 6 students. This council may take in out-of-school children as members aged 6 โ 12 years old.

๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐กโ (๐ฆ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ) - This is the Red Cross Youth Council for members and elected officers within the Junior High School from grades 7 to 10.

๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐กโ (๐ฆ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ) - This is the Red Cross Youth Council that composed of members and elected officers who are enrolled as grades 11 to 12 students.

๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐กโ (๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ) - This council is based in the college or university level and is composed of members and elected officers who are officially enrolled. This council may take in alumni young professionals or out of school youth aged 18 to 35 years old.

๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐กโ (๐๐ข๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ) - This council is based in the communities and is composed of young adult professionals or out of school youth aged 6 to 30 years old. This can be in a municipal or barangay level.

As a Youth Member of the premier humanitarian organization, I pledge to alleviate human suffering, protect life and dignity, to be a responsible citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, to conform with the objectves and policies of the Philippine Red Cross, its seven fundamental principles: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity and Universality and to be at all times be in the service for the suffering humanity.
