We are grateful to share highlights from the recently concluded 3-Day Scholars Camp. We praise the Lord for His presence and for revealing His glory and light throughout the entire gathering.

Anchored on the theme verse, Matthew 5:15–16 — “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” — the camp reminded and encouraged all participants to live as bearers of God’s light in their daily lives.✨

Through the sessions and activities, the scholars were led into a deeper understanding of God as the Light of the world, and were challenged to reflect this truth in their conduct, service, and witness.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Global Aid Network- GAIN Philippines and Hope in Jesus, along with all the volunteers from these partner organizations, whose dedicated service made this camp meaningful and impactful.

Special thanks as well to Balai Mercedes Farmstay for graciously hosting and providing a conducive venue for the camp.

🌴✨ Vacation Vibe, Eternal Goals ✨🌴

Last Friday’s Tiwala Youth Outing was a wonderful time of fun, fellowship, and faith!
As we reflected on Ephesians 5:15–16, we were reminded to "be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity."

While enjoying the vacation vibe, teens were challenged to live with purpose, use their time wisely, and keep their eyes fixed on God's eternal goals. Every moment is an opportunity to grow in faith, encourage one another, and shine Christ's light!

Thankful for the memories made, lessons learned, and friendships strengthened.

A heartfelt celebration of 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆, 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 as we honored all the wonderful mothers of Tiwala Kids & Communities 💛

Last May 16, 2026, at 𝑫𝒐𝒔 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒕, 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒐𝒕, 𝑨𝒍𝒃𝒂𝒚 🌿💙, our Tiwala Moms enjoyed a refreshing day of fellowship—filled with swimming, fun games, shared meals, laughter, and meaningful conversations. More than the activities, it was a time of 𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒋𝒐𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒐𝒅’𝒔 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆.

We are especially grateful for our Tiwala Friend who shared a heartfelt devotion and encouraging message for the moms—reminding everyone that even in seasons of weariness, God renews strength, restores hope, and walks closely with His daughters. 🙏✨

A simple but thoughtful blessing of bath towels was also given as a reminder of God’s daily care and provision.

We are deeply thankful for the lives of our Tiwala Moms—your love, sacrifice, and strength continue to inspire our community every day. 💛

The Tiwala Staff Team, together with our friends from GenCF, had a meaningful and enriching experience during the Transformational Development Training conducted by CPMT (Creative Prime Movers for Transformation Inc.).

The session deepened our understanding that poverty is not only material, but also relational and complex. We were reminded that both the poor and the non-poor need transformation — a transformation rooted in recovering our identity, calling, and purpose in Christ.

Key learnings from the training:
✨ Poverty is complex and relational
✨ Both poor and non-poor need transformation
✨ True transformation restores identity, calling, and purpose in Christ
✨ Development must be participatory, holistic, and people-centered
✨ The goal is to move people from dependency to dignity

We are grateful for this opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow together as we continue serving communities with compassion and purpose.

𝑻𝒊𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒂 recently conducted its ✨ 𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 ✨ for our Scholars and their Parents last May 7–8.

This meaningful gathering celebrated our scholars’ 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, and milestones throughout the year. It was also a time to share life updates, discuss future goals, offer encouragement, and pray for each scholar and family. 🤍

We are deeply grateful to our parents, partners, and 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝑫𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒔 whose continued support makes this journey possible. Together, we continue to inspire hope and shape brighter futures. 💙🌟

Our Vacation Bible School in Barangay Bonot, Legazpi City is filled with smiles, fun, and meaningful moments as the kids continue to learn and grow together in faith. ❤️✝️

A big thank you to the Barangay Officials of Barangay Bonot for your warm welcome and generous support in accommodating us. Your kindness makes this experience even more special for the children!

Yesterday marked the exciting kickoff of our 2026 VBS—and what a blast it was! 🎪✨

With 5 communities and around 100 children participating, we are so grateful to see many young hearts come together. ❤️

Through our theme, “Circus of Life,” the children began an unforgettable journey—learning that life is filled with moments, big and small, where we are called to step into the unknown. Sometimes our fears feel like a dazzling 3-ring circus, trying to hold us back from moving forward and to give up on our faith.

But here’s the good news: God has an amazing plan for each of us. All it takes is the courage to step into this “circus” called LIFE and trust Him enough to take that leap. 🙌

Jesus showed us the greatest example of courage and love when He gave everything on the cross. Because of Him, we can face life boldly and with faith. ❤️

Please continue to pray for the remaining days of our first week of VBS outreach. 🙏
