The Legazpi City Youth Development Office shares the current status of the submission of the SK Web Portal Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Reports for Fiscal Year 2025 of the 70 Sangguniang Kabataan Councils in Legazpi City.
As of today, March 19, 2026, which marks the Legazpi CYDO set deadline, the following accomplishments have been recorded:

This reflects a significant improvement from the FY 2024 M&E Reports Submission of 50% in account creation, 17% in PPA reports submission, and 3% in policy reports submission demonstrating the growing commitment of our SK Councils to transparency, accountability, and effective youth governance.

We likewise encourage the remaining SK Councils to continue accomplishing their reports in the SK M&E Web Portal ahead of the National Youth Commission deadline on March 31, 2026, to ensure full compliance and representation of Legazpi Cityโs youth initiatives at the national level.
The SK M&E Web Portal serves as the official platform of the National Youth Commission for the digital submission of youth-related reports, enabling standardized documentation, real-time monitoring, and data-driven planning for youth development programs across the country.
