The University of Santo Tomasโ€“Legazpi warmly welcomes all new and transfer students to the Orientation Seminar 2026 on August 3, 2026 (Monday), from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at the USTโ€“Legazpi Dome.

The Orientation Seminar serves as an important introduction to the University's academic policies, student services, campus regulations, support programs, and the Legazpi Thomasian values that will guide students throughout their academic journey. It also provides an opportunity to become familiar with the expectations and opportunities that await in the new academic year.

All new and transfer students are highly encouraged to attend and actively participate in the program. Please be reminded that attendance at the Orientation Seminar is one of the requirements for OSS clearance.
