To effect positive change and influence to Bicol University and to the Republic of the Philippines by strengthening the youth for their role in nation-building and equipping them for leadership rooted in integrity, initiative, and involvement, thus, taking the lead toward active participation and social transformation.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟯 𝗜'𝗦

𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 – BUKLOD believes that true governance is mar

ked by incorruptibility and that transparency and accountability are the fundamental prerequisites to effective leadership. Likewise, BUKLOD values the needs and concerns of its constituents above their personal needs.

𝙄𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 – BUKLOD shall be known as an organization that acts, moves, and implements. It shall promote the involvement of the students, the university’s administration, and local and national governments.

𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 – BUKLOD believes in making things happen, rather than waiting and relying on someone else to do so. Therefore, the organization shall instill upon every member the awareness of taking responsibility to initiate and influence others to begin societal change – responding immediately and knowledgeably to the pressing needs of the time.

𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗦 & 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘𝗦

𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 – BUKLOD believes that true governance is marked by incorruptibility and that transparency and accountability are the fundamental prerequisites to effective leadership. Likewise, BUKLOD values the needs and concerns of its constituents above their personal needs.

𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗕𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦

1) To develop and instill in its members a deep sense of nationalism and social responsibility;
2) To raise, train and mold its members into effective leaders with strong character and conviction;
3) To uphold and articulate the rights, responsibilities, and interests of the students;
4) To encourage students to actively participate in local and national affairs; and
5) To promote progressive and good governance through integrity, initiative, and involvement.
6) To strengthen the link between the students of Bicol University to the community so that they feel they can be a catalyst of societal transformation and development.
