"All members shall have the freedom of press and speech, and peaceful assembly not contrary to the Constitution of the IT Organization and existing laws governing such rights." This page gives freedom to all IT Students of Bicol University to post anything such as their sentiments with regards

to their stay in Bicol University. In the same manner, the people not part of this organization may post anything here for the purpose of helping the people in it know some things they have to know. Your posts shall be respected and will be passed to the right authorities

𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗔 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲: 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘀

University lights can be blinding, turning every student’s path into a race for the finish line. But for Ador, college was never about the distance between the first day and the graduation march; it was a venture for a whole new world that awaited him beyond the campus gates.

He spent his years looking past the horizon, constantly seeking wonders in the people around him, always convinced that there was a vibrant, unexplored vista of potential in every friendship he made. "𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘶𝘴 𝘣𝘺,"
he shared.

Ador realized early that while a diploma marks the end of a journey, the relationships built along the way continue to move and grow long after graduation. He was an advocate at heart who was never afraid to step out of his comfort zone and collaborate with others. He did not approach campus events just as a member or organizer, but as someone who saw it as an opportunity to bring people together.

Through his active involvement in CircUITS and BU-MADYA, he proved what true solidarity looks like. Through collaboration with fellow student leaders from different organizations, he helped bridge perspectives and create spaces where everyone felt included. He showed that being a voice for the community isn’t limited to a single organization. For Ador, advocacy was never defined by titles or recognition, but by grassroots relationships formed through collective effort.

Ador always said, “Never lose hope”. This wasn't just a mantra; it was a survival strategy against the heavy toll of student leadership. Like many, he experienced profound fatigue, particularly during the exhausting cycle of rewriting and revising several drafts for their capstone title. When the weight of endless changes and high expectations threatened to dim his resolve, he learned that the true measure of leadership isn’t the authority you hold, but the vulnerability and trust you share with others. When he stopped carrying the burden alone and leaned on the allies he had invested in, he found the strength to keep going.

Looking back, Ador once told a younger version of himself: "You did well; you found people to walk this path with you, and you were never truly alone."

He leaves behind a legacy defined by how he showed up in the university, and by the connections that grew from it. His history serves as a reminder to reach out, leave a mark, and build a legacy rooted in meaningful connections. Because when the final curtain falls, a GPA is just numbers on paper. It is the people who stood beside you in the dark, ensuring you never have to face the unknown alone.

The University Student Council formally calls upon all bona fide students of Bicol University to participate in the University-Wide Plebiscite for the ratification of the proposed USC Constitution and By-Laws (CBL).

The proposed CBL, duly approved by the General Legislative Council and collectively crafted through consultations, deliberations, and institutional processes, seeks to strengthen student governance, accountability, representation, and service within the university.

We highly encourage every student to exercise their right to vote and become part of this significant milestone in the history of student leadership and representation in the university.
