If you're having a hard time on what position should you run for, then here's a description on the positions of the organization:
The CHAIRPERSON is in-charge of presiding all the meetings of the organization. He/she serves as the representative of the organization.
The VICE-CHAIRPERSON for Internal and External Affairs is in-charge of assisting the chairperson in their activities and will perform the chairperson's duties when the latter is not around.
The SECRETARY GENERAL serves as the bearer of the official records and properties of the organization and posts notices on the activities of the organization.
The DEPUTY SECRETARY records the minutes of the meetings of the organization and assists the secretary general in related functions as per request of their chairperson and moderators.
The FINANCE OFFICER performs duties regarding the finances of the organization. He/she submits a financial report at the end of the year.
The AUDITOR examines and audits the expenditures of the organization and validates the collections made before final approval.
The HOUSE REPRESENTATIVES acts as the information officer of the members in their respective classes and monitors their attendance during meetings and other gatherings.
