Are you ready to lead the charge for a greener future? The YES-O Elections for S.Y. 2026-2027 is officially open! If you have the passion, dedication, and vision to drive environmental change at Legazpi City Science High School, this is your moment to step up.

🗓️ IMPORTANT DATES
• March 02 (Afternoon): Start of Filing of Candidacy
• March 04: Posting of Campaign Posters
• March 05: Campaign Period
• March 06: Election Proper
• March 08: Announcement of Newly Elected Officers
📝 REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must submit two copies (A4 size) of the following:
• Election Application Form
• Introductory Profile
• Photocopy of Student Report Card (Previous Semester)
• Certificate of Good Moral (Can be submitted once face-to-face classes resume)

On November 19, 2025, Legasci YES-O Officers, accompanied by their paboritong mars—𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙁𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤 𝘽𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚, attended the 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙣 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙯𝙥𝙞'𝙨 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙜𝙣: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 — 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, a celebration of Global Warming Awareness and Climate-Conscious Week.

In this event, the students learned about climate science, global warming and climate change, and disaster prevention and preparedness.

Legasci YES-O delegates also participated and won prizes in the Fun Learning Sessions. 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝙕𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧, 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚, and 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙑𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙘𝙤 won 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚🥈in the 𝙀𝙘𝙤𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙯. The Legasci YES-O representatives in the 𝘼𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙖𝙘𝙚, namely 𝙍𝙤𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙉𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙤, 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣 𝙂𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙖, 𝙅𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙚𝙨, and 𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙪𝙡 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙙 teamed up with 𝘾𝙖𝙜𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 YES-O officers and won 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚🥉.

Indeed, the event proved that the youth have a big role to play toward an environmentally sustainable future. 𝐼𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑎𝑡𝑎𝑛 𝑡𝑎𝑦𝑜 𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐼𝑛𝑎𝑛𝑔 𝑘𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑎𝑠𝑎𝑛, 𝑏𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑎'𝑡 𝑖𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑎𝑡𝑎𝑛 𝑑𝑖𝑛 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛 𝑖𝑡𝑜. 🌱
