To provide a skilled, motivated, and organized human resource reserve that may be tapped by the state for DRRM, civic welfare, literacy, national emergency, environmental protection, and other comparable initiatives in the service of the nation per RA 9163 or the NSTP Act of 2001. We intend to generate people who, under the rule of law, have a high level of sociocultural, economic, political, and environmental awareness; are aware of the pertinent concerns relating to civic welfare and nation-building; and are willing to promulgate this constitution.

URGENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE NEEDED FOR JASPER

Our beloved 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐠𝐚𝐫, a member of the 𝐁𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (𝐁𝐔 𝐍𝐒𝐑𝐂), is currently confined in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Daraga Doctors after a tragic accident. He is currently intubated and continuously receiving critical medical care.

His hospital and ICU expenses are estimated at ₱50,000–₱70,000 per day, excluding medications, laboratory tests, surgeries, and other medical procedures.

We humbly ask for your prayers and any financial assistance to help ease the burden of the family's medical expenses.
