I. Eligibility:
• Participants must be 17 years old or below and a bonafied residence of San Francisco Legazpi City..
• Open to individual and group performances (groups should consist of 3-5 members)
II. Registration:
• Participants must register on or before November 15, 2024.
• Ensure all participants are present at the venue during scheduled time for performances.
III. Rules:
• Participants are responsible for their own props or costumes (if applicable)
IV. Judging Process:
• Judges’ decisions are final and will be based on the agreed-upon criteria.

• Mastery of the performance or art form presented

a. How confidently and comfortably the participant/group performs on stage.
b. Engagement with the audience (eye contact, energy, expressions).
3. Creativity and Originality – 15%
a. Uniqueness of the act.
b. How innovative the performance is in concept and ex*****on.
4. Overall Impact and Entertainment Value – 20%
a. Overall audience appeal and entertainment factor.
