Grace and peace, LAYFMATES, classmates, and friends!

Another semester is finally coming to an end. After countless battles that many of us carry silently, we made it here by grace. There were days when we felt tired, anxious, unmotivated, and uncertain yet somehow, we kept moving forward.

But in the middle of all the busyness, achievements, and exhaustion, one truth remains: our hearts will never truly find rest apart from the One who created them.

Jesus lovingly invites us:

Greater honor, glory, and power belong to the One in whom Love began. From the beginning, love was never meant to be shallow or temporary. Humanity was created in Godโ€™s image, to know love, to give love, and to live within it. Yet over time, the world blurred this design, turning love into something fragile, conditional, and easily broken.

Real love is learned by experience. As we celebrate the end of our first semester, we also gather for our last fellowship of the year a moment to pause, reflect, and give thanks to God for His faithfulness throughout this journey. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ“š

This fellowship is not just an event, but a celebration of victories, lessons learned, friendships built, and faith strengthened. Sa kabila ng pagod, exams, at challenges this sem, God has been with us every step of the way. ๐Ÿ’ชโœจ

As we look back on LEAPS2025, our final session (Session 3) invited us into deeper reflection through these questions: How does your union with Christโ€”as the Vine to the branches, or the Head to the Bodyโ€”shape the way you live each day? Why is it essential to abide in Him and be deeply rooted before we serve, lead, or bear fruit? Which aspect of Jesusโ€™ life is the Lord presently highlighting for youโ€”surrender, abiding, holiness, Spirit-led living, or obedienceโ€”and calling you to grow in now, so that your life and ministry may truly reflect the life, character, and presence of Christ?

The image contains our review notes from the third and final LEAPS2025 session, entitled โ€œRooted, Renewed, and Released to Bear Fruitโ€”Fruit That Will Last,โ€ facilitated by Kuya Jovitmar Bumarlong. He reminded us of a vital truth: we cannot make true disciples unless we ourselves are genuine disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. What we reproduce flows from who we areโ€”we reproduce our own kind. Therefore, if we desire to see others grow and mature in faith, we must first pursue and continually cultivate maturity in Christ ourselves.

The key emphases of this session remain anchored in the final component of the R.A.I.S.E. Leaders Frameworkโ€”the letter E, calling us to live as leaders who are empowered by grace, rooted in Christ, and released to bear lasting fruit.

One thing remains certain, the preaching of the gospel of Christ carries a power capable of transforming the very core of humanity.
