OFFICIAL STATEMENT

We, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council in coordination with the Organizing Committee of SARARO Sportsfest 2025, would like to address the incident that occurred on October 1, 2025, between Oscar Kilo and SMR LCC2 in Brgy. 26 Dinagaan, Legazpi City.

After thorough investigation and careful deliberation, the committee has reached a final decision:

We also wish to clarify that the incident is ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐œ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐ž๐ as a โ€œbrawl,โ€ and therefore, the provisions related to brawls under the General Rules and Guidelines of the league shall not be applied in this case. We appreciate everyoneโ€™s comprehensive understanding.

The SK Council together with the Organizing Committee are continuous on working diligently to make this event as successful as possible.
