The University Student Council formally calls upon all bona fide students of Bicol University to participate in the University-Wide Plebiscite for the ratification of the proposed USC Constitution and By-Laws (CBL).

The proposed CBL, duly approved by the General Legislative Council and collectively crafted through consultations, deliberations, and institutional processes, seeks to strengthen student governance, accountability, representation, and service within the university.

We highly encourage every student to exercise their right to vote and become part of this significant milestone in the history of student leadership and representation in the university.

𝗔 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲

In the spirit of the Lenten season, the Bicol University College of Science – Guidance Office, in partnership with the BUCS Peer Counselors’ Organization, successfully conducted “Sharing the Love of Christ this Lenten Season: A Mother and Children’s Outreach Program” last April 6, 2026. 🧡

With the participation of both mothers and children from Brgy. Dela Paz, the activity became a day filled with joy, meaningful connections, and shared compassion through games, talks, and gift-giving. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to service, empathy, and community care.

More than just an event, it was a reminder that even simple gestures can create lasting impact.

Beyond the screens, it became a space to recognize burnout, reflect on our habits, and learn ways to take back control in a hyperconnected world.
