PAGULYAS 2026 CIVIC PARADE AND INTER FAITH CELAEBRATION
April 21, 2026 @ 6AM

This year the PAGULYAS 2026 Civil Parade and Interfaith Celebration is a lively manifestation of unity, culture and shared faith among varied communities. There will also be colourful performances, groups of participants marching together in coordination and proud display of local looks to express a sense of unity among you know. Among the participants was a special contingent assembled just for the occasion — members of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – BSP Nueva Ecija Council 1041 RDCAS, Outfit 2003 HEHMHS; Outfit 2067 - Jorge M. Padilla Senior Scouts; Outfit 2155 SSA 2155marching in impressive formation with smiles on their faces, excitement audible in their voices and decorum on display. In tandem with the parade, an interfaith celebration draws several different religious sects into a calculated time of prayer, contemplation and respect while emphasizing togetherness in diversity. The highlight event behind this is an opportunity for coming together celebrating the traditions & develop deeper unity, cooperation and community spirit from all participants involved.

(Programa sa Agarang Gabay at Suporta sa pag-aaral ng mga may Limitadong Akses sa edukasyon na Tuntunin ang kinabukasan)

Ang PROJECT PAG-Su.L.A.T. (Programa sa Agarang Gabay at Suporta sa Pag-aaral ng mga may Limitadong Akses sa Edukasyon na Tuntunin ang Kinabukasan) ay isang makabuluhang adbokasiya na itinatag upang magsilbing tulay ng pag-asa para sa mga batang nagmumula sa mahihirap at kapos sa buhay na komunidad. Layunin ng proyektong ito na magbigay ng kumpleto at de-kalidad na school supplies gaya ng lapis, papel, notebook, envelope, art materials, crayons, at iba pang mahahalagang kagamitang pampaaralan na nagsisilbing pundasyon ng isang epektibo at tuloy-tuloy na pagkatuto. Sa pamamagitan nang agarang tulong na ito, nababawasan ang mga hadlang na pumipigil sa pagpasok at pananatili ng mga bata sa paaralan, lalo na sa mga mag-aaral na nawawalan ng gana at pag-asa dahil sa kakulangan ng gamit sa pag-aaral.

“Preparedness today saves lives tomorrow.”
This principle guided the successful conduct of the Outfit 2067 Unit Rescuers Training in cooperation with the BFP Laur Fire Station, held in conjunction with the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill. The activity aimed to equip scouts and participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in emergency response, disaster preparedness, and basic rescue techniques during earthquake situations. Through the guidance of BFP personnel, participants learned proper safety procedures, evacuation protocols, and the importance of staying calm and organized during emergencies.

The activity also sought to strengthen the partnership between the scouting community and local disaster response agencies while promoting a culture of preparedness among the youth. By actively participating in drills and rescue simulations, members of Outfit 2067 enhanced their awareness, teamwork, and readiness to respond effectively in times of disaster. This training not only developed their rescuing skills but also instilled in them the value of service, responsibility, and vigilance in safeguarding lives within the community.
