Formal turnover program of Global Grant #2569808 held at Brewing Point Cafe, Quezon Avenue. All principal project leads from Rotary Club of Las Pinas - D3830, Rotary Club of Cheonan-Neungsu - D3620 gave their message of gratitude to East Avenue Medical Center. As well as messages of thanks from Dr. Afonso Nunez III, Medical Director and Pediatric and Ob-Gyne Department heads.
IPDG Prescy Yulo also delivered a message and it was during her term as District Governor when this global grant project was approved.

A special message was also given by our guest from the Philippine Medical Assocation in the person of its President, Dr Hector Santos which was given a respone by PDG Mildred Vitangcol, Rotary Zone 10A Public Image Chair.

Another important part of the project is the promotion of the Adolescent Conversation Map which is a Social Behavioral Communication Change tool used in providing teachings in teenage pregnancy prevention. Medical people and Rotarians from D3780 Quezon City intently listened to the RCLP advocacy and were interested in replicating what was started by the club in their communities.

Turnover ceremony of the Adolescent Health Clinic and Ultrasound Machine at East Avenue Medical Center. Members of Rotary Club of Las Pinas - D3830 and Rotary Club of Cheonan-Neungsu - D3620 were joined by the medical personnels of the said hospital lead by its Dr. Afonso Nunez II, Medical Director and Dr. Allan Troy Baquir together with the Pediatric and Ob-Gyne departments in this momentous event. Also present was PDG Mildred Vitangcol, Rotary Zone 10A Public Image Chair, and Dr. Henry Santos, President of the Philippine Medical Association.

This project would benefit the adolescent pregnant mothers at this would ensure the mother and child will have the proper medical attention needed for a safe pregnancy and delivery.
