The devastation in Cebu, after the recent typhoon is heartbreaking, and they need our help now.

We, the Southville Junior Real Estate Excellence Society (SJREES), are launching “Project Bangon Cebu” to bring hope and relief to the affected families. We are proud to collaborate with the Kiwanis Club of Ciudad De Parañaque and partner with the SISC student organizations from:
• Southville Society of Entrepreneurs (SSE)
• Southville International Junior Marketing Association (SIJMA)
• Southville Junior Financial Executives (SJFINEX)
• Southville Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (SJPIA)

What an incredible success!

The Empowering Real Estate Excellence Masterclass 2025, held last April 11 at the Tropical Gym, marked the first-ever event organized by the Southville Junior Real Estate Excellence Society (SJREES).

Hosted by Jiana Buenaflor and Joshua Blas, the event featured notable speakers including Mr. Arnel-Tito Malabayabas and Ms. Mary Daphne Beleciarte, alongside Dr. Astrid De Leon and Ms. Ria Olizon, President of PAREB-Muntinlupa Real Estate Board.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Philippine Association of Real Estate Board-Muntinlupa Real Estate Board (PAREB-MunREB)for their partnership, trust, and support in making this event possible. Your presence truly elevated the value of this milestone for our student community.
