The Red Cross Youth Council – UPHSD-LP proudly recognizes two exemplary students for their immediate response, compassion, and selfless dedication in extending help to an AFP veteran in urgent need of blood donors.

In a moment where time and humanity mattered most, these students answered the call without hesitation, proving that service and volunteerism remain alive within the Perpetualite community. Their willingness to step forward on such short notice reflects the true spirit of humanitarian service, leadership, and solidarity.
