It promotes collective action through public service, aiming to create a more inclusive, safe, and recognized environment for the rainbow community.

As public servants, bahagi ng trabaho namin ang tumanggap ng criticism, and we openly admit that we are not perfect. We learn, and we strive to do better. Pero ibang usapan na when criticism turns into hate, discrimination, at homophobic remarks. Hindi na โ€˜yan constructive โ€” thatโ€™s harmful.

Ngayong Womenโ€™s Month, letโ€™s remember: inclusivity doesnโ€™t stop at โ€œbiological women.โ€ It extends to ALL including our LGBTQIA+ community who also fight, serve, and lead hindi lang sa SK, kundi sa lahat ng posisyon sa lipunan.
