Another day, another fruitful activity for Talon Uno: A Youth Development Program Orientation by DSWD for the youth was held and facilitated by our beloved Sir Allan Gimenez, head of Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) and Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) and Mentor of all Mentors of Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Las PiΓ±as, a continuous program of the LGU for the youth sector since 1991 as supported until now by Mayor April Aguilar and Vice Mayor Imelda Aguilar.

The event was sponsored and supported by Matatag NA TALON UNO headed by Gov Joben Bien CaΓ±al and Matatag na Kabataan namely: Amadilene Irish Agaser, Killua Ramirez Agura, JC Ramirez Bayan, Keziah Garcia, Shaina Gerolaga, Harold Gonzales, Chelsea Latoja, led by Kuya Seth Pineda, who is also the PYAP Federation Vice President Internal of the City of Las PiΓ±as.

We were delighted to welcome the participants from Tropang Jade Youth Compd, Sto. Cristo Youth Organization, Lanzones Youth Organization and Bautista Compd. Youth Organization.

We would also like to acknowledge the effort of the advisers of the said youth organizations; Ma'am Lida de la Cruz, Ma'am Gemma Boongaling, Mommy Loida Briguela, Ma'am Irene, and Butz Ravila. And of course, we are grateful to our PYAP alumni and mentors who helped organized the said event.

This is just the beginning of a wonderful partnership among the youth in the communities for the service of our fellow young people.
