Some 1,700 BF Resort Village homeowners are asking the Supreme Court to allow them to intervene in a case that could determine who is authorized to collect dues, manage village funds, enforce rules, and represent residents before government agencies.

‼️₱9.23 MILLION IN HOMEOWNERS' FUNDS ARE NOW WITH BFRVTHAI ‼️

According to the Verified Petition filed before the DHSUD on May 11, 2026, a total of ₱9,229,336.98 in homeowners' funds was garnished from BFRVHAI bank accounts and subsequently released/transferred to BFRVTHAI as of April 17, 2026.

The majority of these funds consist of 🔴 CONSTRUCTION BONDS 🔴 paid by BFRV homeowners.

The Petition further states that these funds are now in the possession of BFRVTHAI, a separate entity, despite questions regarding its authority to receive, hold, and disburse homeowner-paid funds.

TOTAL AMOUNT TRANSFERRED TO BFRVTHAI:
₱9,229,336.98

🌱 HYDROPONICS TRAINING 🌱

Kaisa ang City Agriculture Office sa isinagawang Green Gatherings sa Abel Nosce St., Barangay Talon Dos, sa pangunguna ng BF Resort Village Homeowners Association. Bilang bahagi ng programa, tayo ay nagsagawa ng libreng training tungkol sa hydroponics at namahagi ng libreng buto o binhi (seeds) sa mga kalahok.

Layunin ng programang ito na turuan ang ating mga laspiñeros ng makabagong pamamaraan ng pagtatanim. Sa pamamagitan ng training na ito ay matututo silang magtanim, ito rin ay maari nilang maging hanapbuhay at pagkakaroon ng masustansyang pagkain sa hapag kainan.
