Today 11th of May, we celebrate the life and dedication of a truly remarkable woman — our beloved Secretary General for the Office of the NVP-Visayas, Manang Castañares Rechel.

Behind every successful mission, every organized effort, and every act of service is a person who works quietly with sincerity, dedication, and a heart willing to serve others without expecting anything in return. That is the kind of leader and volunteer you are.

Your hard work, humility, and unwavering commitment to SARA Philippines International Organizationl continue to inspire everyone around you. Through your kindness and active participation, you have become a source of strength, unity, and encouragement to many members and communities we serve.

In a world where genuine service is rare, your heart for volunteerism shines brightly. You remind us that true leadership is not about recognition, but about touching lives, helping others, and standing firm in the mission of bayanihan and public service.

May God continue to bless your beautiful heart with good health, happiness, protection, and more strength as you continue your journey of serving the Filipino people with compassion and dedication.

Thank you for your sacrifices.
Thank you for your loyalty.
Thank you for being an inspiration to us all.

Happy Birthday, Manang Rechel!

The Golden Rule :

"Do unto others as what you want others to do unto you".
