SPECIAL BOD MEETING — SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED✅

The Special Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting of DECA 3 Homeowners Association was successfully conducted today, August 23, 2026 7pm-9pm.

BOD Attendance:
• Rubelen Vicoy – President – Present
• Grace Arreglo – BOD member – Absent
• Analyn Sanchez – Secretary – Present
• Fara Lyn Ponio – BOD member– Absent
• Isidoro Boiser – Auditor I– Present
• Nathan Abrenica – Auditor II– Present

Attendance: 4 out of 6 BOD members

With 4 out of 6 members present, a quorum was established, and the meeting was duly convened.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported and participated in our LIGTAS TIGDAS – Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity held today at DECA Homes Mactan 3.

The LIGTAS TIGDAS Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (SIA) will be conducted in DECA Homes Mactan 3.

⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
📍 Venue: DECA Homes Mactan 3 Basketball Court

👶 Who should be vaccinated?
Children 6 months to 59 months old (below 5 years old) are encouraged to receive their FREE Measles-Rubella (MR) vaccine to help protect them against measles and rubella.

✅ Please bring your child to the vaccination site on time.
✅ Parents or guardians are encouraged to accompany their children.
