The PhilHealth YAKAP (Yaman ng Kalusugan Program)-Konsulta Program is a strategic initiative of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation in partnership with the Lapu-Lapu City Health Office to strengthen the implementation of primary care services under the Universal Health Care Act.
