Philippine Accessible Disability Services Inc. - PADS PADS works to enable the People With Disabilities community to grow and develop as independent, integrated, fully human and empowered citizens in society.

PADS works closely with various partners and stakeholders on programs that aim to promote People With Disabilities (PWD) human rights and volunteering within the PWD community. PADS increases participation of the PWD in electoral processes and enhance skills access and opportunities of the Filipino Sign Language (FSL). PADS Sports for Inclusion , one of our newest programs aims to ensure the access towards sports participation of persons with disabilities.

Dragon boat is more than a sport — it’s a space where strength, teamwork, and inclusion come together. PWDs (Persons with Disabilities) continue to prove that ability goes far beyond limitations, showing determination, resilience, and heart on and off the water.
