8 Uri ng Relasyon na naaayon sa kalooban ng Diyos.

1. Relasyong May Respeto:
Hindi lang sa salita, kundi pati sa mga desisyon at hangganan ng isa't isa.

2. Relasyong Tapat:
Walang tinatagong sikreto o 'reserba'. Lantad at tapat ang puso.

3. Relasyong Nagpapatawad:
Walang perpektong tao. Marunong magpakumbaba at magpatawad kapag nagkakamali.

4. Relasyong May Proteksyon: Pinoprotektahan niyo ang puso at puri ng bawat isa, hindi pinagsasamantalahan.

5. Relasyong Nagtutulungan:
Magka-partner kayo sa buhay, kaya hinihila niyo ang isa't isa pataas, hindi pababa.

6. Relasyong Mapagtiwala:
May kapayapaan sa puso mo kasi alam mong tapat siya sa’yo kahit hindi kayo magkasama.

7. Relasyong May Disiplina:
Kayang mag-antay sa tamang panahon at kontrolado ang emosyon o tawag ng laman.

8. Relasyong Nagdarasal:
Ito ang pinakamahalaga, sabay kayong lumalapit kay Lord para gabayan ang pagmamahalan niyo.

Tandaan: Ang relasyong galing kay Lord, hindi ka bibigyan ng sakit ng ulo, kundi bibigyan ka ng kapayapaan sa puso.

Gusto magluto pero mahadlok mapaso?

Leadership is not for the easily offended.

If every criticism wounds you and every disagreement agitates you, leadership will be a difficult journey.

Those who lead will inevitably face criticism, disagreements, and differing opinions. But not every correction is an attack, and not every opposing view is a sign of disrespect.

A leader must be willing to receive criticism, evaluate it wisely, and learn from it to become stronger and more effective over time.

If you want to lead effectively, understand that not everyone will think the same way you do. Instead of becoming agitated by opposition, learn to listen carefully, discern wisely, and respond graciously.
