The best time to cap off the month of March with Power Women 💜

The Freeman, in partnership with the Inner Wheel Club of the Philippines Inc., District 386, celebrate the Power Women 9th Edition in Robinsons Galleria Cebu. We are honored and privileged to be highlighted with the significant contribution of the organization to the community.

In celebration of Women’s Month, Inner Wheel Club of Cebu Lapu Lapu - Shining Stars together with District Chairperson Sunshine Lim of Inner Wheel Clubs of The Philippines, District 386, attended the lay forum on Women’s Sexual Health and Pelvic Floor Disorders at Lapu-Lapu City Hospital. It served as a meaningful platform to empower and educate women about their health and well-being.

Led by Dr. Kim Saskia Regina Espiritu-Veloso, Fellow of the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society and Aesthetic & Functional Gynecologist, the discussion highlighted the importance of awareness, self-care, and breaking the silence on women’s health concerns.

As we honor the strength and resilience of women this month, let us continue to uplift one another through knowledge, support, and open conversations.

Inner Wheel Club of the Philippines, District 386 under the leadership of District Chairperson Sunshine B. Lim participated in the symbolic planting of the sampaguita at Mactan Bridge Park in Lapu-Lapu City.

Sampaguita serves as a beautiful reminder of the grace and purity that women bring into our communities. Just like the sampaguita, women continue to bloom with quiet strength, inspiring change and nurturing hope in every space they touch.

In line with International Women’s Month, this simple yet meaningful act reflects our commitment to uplift, empower, and recognize the invaluable contributions of women in shaping a better future.

May these flowers grow as a symbol of respect, equality, and empowerment for all women—today and every day.

Even behind walls, a woman’s dignity, strength, and dreams remain free.

The Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines– District 386 proudly celebrated the National Women’s Month with the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society.”

This meaningful activity was held at the BJMP Female Dormitory under the leadership of our District Chairperson Sunshine B. Lim, where District Officers, Club Officers and its members, shared food and hygiene kit to the person deprived of liberty. It is a reminder that every woman deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope, regardless of circumstances.

Guided by the International Inner Wheel theme “Step Up and Lead by Example,” we continue our mission to reach and inspire for a better world by empowering women and promoting gender equality in our communities.

Together, let us continue uplifting one another and building a more inclusive and compassionate society.
