🎉 A PROUD MOMENT FOR UHOA LAPU-LAPU CITY! 🎉
The Unified Homeowners Association (UHOA) of Lapu-Lapu City proudly celebrates another meaningful milestone as three of our UHOA members were elected to key positions in the Local People’s Council (LPC) during the election spearheaded by DILG Lapu-Lapu City on September 11, 2026, at the Hoopsdome.
The activity gathered representatives from various Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), and People’s Organizations (POs) with the goal of strengthening meaningful civil society participation in local governance.
🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR UHOA REPRESENTATIVES!
🔹 King Philip Caballes
President, St. Dominic’s Place Subdivision
President, UHOA
➡️ Elected Secretary, Local People’s Council
🔹 Eve Montesclaros Montañez
President, Camella Homeowners Association (Cebu), Inc.
➡️ Elected Member, Finance and Audit Committee
🔹 Helena Silvosa
BOD, Costa del Sol Homeowners Association
➡️ Elected Member, Training Committee
Their election is not only a personal achievement but also a collective achievement for UHOA and the homeowners we represent. 💙
Having UHOA representatives in the LPC gives our organization a stronger platform to bring forward the concerns and priorities of homeowners, participate in consultations and local policy discussions, and build stronger partnerships with the City Government, DILG, and other civil society organizations.
It also opens opportunities for capacity-building, training, community programs, collaboration, transparency, and access to relevant government initiatives that can benefit our member associations and the communities they serve.
This milestone is a testament to UHOA’s continuing commitment to meaningful community participation, responsible leadership, good governance, and the welfare of homeowners and homeowners associations.
👏 Congratulations, King Philip, Eve, and Helena!
May you carry the voice of our homeowners with integrity, unity, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of all homeowners and homeowners associations.
