The First Ever Miss Eco-Queen Solo Parents 2026, organized yesterday under the Solo Parent Program of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) – Lapu-Lapu City, was a great success. It was held as part of the celebration of Solo Parents Week this month of April at the Barangay Buaya Multipurpose Gym.
The event was led by Solo Parents Federation President, Mr. Russel Esguerra. There were 18 candidates from different barangays of Lapu-Lapu City who showcased their talent, beauty, and courage as solo parents—true inspirations to the community.
One of the major highlights of the pageant was the presentation of their Eco-Gowns made from recyclable and waste materials—a symbol of caring for the environment and limitless creativity. 🌿♻️
