In celebration of the highly anticipated 65th Charter Day of Lapu-Lapu City, the City Government proudly announces the opening of the Lapu-Lapu Tourism Expo 2026, a premier showcase of the cityโs thriving tourism industry, vibrant culture, and world-class hospitality.
The five-day event will be held from June 15 to 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily at the Mahi Center, MEZ 1, Barangay Ibo, Lapu-Lapu City. The public is warmly invited to witness the Opening Ceremony and Ribbon-Cutting Program on June 15 at 10:00 AM, marking the beginning of a citywide celebration highlighting local heritage, tourism opportunities, and community-driven growth.
Under the visionary leadership of Mayor Ma. Cynthia โCindiโ King-Chan, Lapu-Lapu City continues to strengthen its position as a leading tourism and investment destination in the Philippines. Through initiatives such as the Tourism Expo, the city promotes meaningful collaboration among industry stakeholders while creating new opportunities for local enterprises, workers, and communities.
As part of the 65th Charter Day festivities, visitors can enjoy exclusive travel deals, hotel promotions, staycation packages, and special discounts offered by participating exhibitors throughout the duration of the expo.

Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort Grand Raffle: Visitors who purchase vouchers from the Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort booth during the event will receive raffle tickets with every purchase. The excitement builds up to the last day of the expo (June 19), where a thrilling live raffle draw will take place.
