โOn July 18, 2026, the Lapu-Lapu City College ROTC Unit marked its Fifth Military Science Training Week for the First Semester, a program that highlighted the cadetsโ discipline, perseverance, and commitment to service.

โโThe day commenced with the usual attendance, bearing inspections, and formation. The Support Platoon together with all battalions and companies were gathered at the ground floor level. The entire unit was called to attention under the command of the ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ (๐๐ ๐), setting a sharp and disciplined tone for the day.
โFollowing the morning assembly, the female cadets proceeded to the conference rooms for comprehensive discussions. In Room 7, 9, 10, and conference hall, AFP Mandate, Mission, Function, and Organization was discussed by ๐ฆ๐ด๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฒ ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐), ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ฐ ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ด ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐) and ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ผ ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐). Meanwhile, IED Awareness and Characteristics was led by ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ป ๐ฆ ๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐), ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ผ๐๐ต ๐๐๐น๐น๐ผ ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐๐ฆ) and ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐). On the other hand, the male cadets gathered in the field where they performed basic drills and were tested on their knowledge of lessons and drills, led by the ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ (๐๐ ๐).

โThe training week concluded with a successful finish, helping all cadets build better discipline and teamwork under the observation of NSTP Coordinator ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐๐ผ๐ป ๐. ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ.
