The Lapu-Lapu City College Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (LLCC ROTCU) hereby announces that the official ROTC Orientation for the upcoming training year will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Lapu-Lapu City College Multi-Purpose Gym. This essential briefing will serve as the foundation for your journey, outlining the core values, expectations, and training standards of a true Liberator cadet.

Call Time: 0600H (6:00AM) (Strictly observed)
Venue: Lapu-Lapu City College Multi-Purpose Gym

All incoming cadets are expected to attend with utmost discipline, punctuality, and readiness to embrace the principles of Honor, Patriotism, and Duty.

The official guidelines and prescribed attire for the orientation have already been posted on this page. Incoming cadets are strictly required to review and conform to these standards prior to arriving at the venue.

The Lapu-Lapu City College ROTC unit upholds the importance of proper military bearing as a reflection of our core values: Honor, Patriotism, and Duty. Adhering strictly to the prescribed uniform and grooming standards demonstrates the high level of discipline required of every cadet. Presenting ourselves with a clean appearance ensures that we represent both our institution and the military service with the utmost pride and excellence.

WHAT TO WEAR:
• White round-neck plain T-shirt (Tucked in)
• Dark blue jeans (No ripped, baggy, or trouser-style cuts)
• Black belt with a silver buckle
• White socks & Black shoes (Ensure proper keeping of shoelaces)

GROOMING & BEARING:
Male Cadets: Army cut haircut (3x2) and clean-shaven (no mustache).
Female Cadets: Clean hairdo secured with a black hairnet (no ribbons).

ALL CADETS:
• Clean and trimmed fingernails.
• Strictly no make-up, manicures, colored shirts, or accessories (watches, earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.).

As cadets, our external presentation is a direct reflection of our internal discipline and commitment to excellence. Compliance with these standards is not merely a requirement, but a fundamental exercise in character building, mutual respect, and unity. Let us collective uphold the dignity of our uniform and stand as a testament to the standards of the LLCC Liberators.

𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐓 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐄 (𝐂𝐎𝐂𝐂) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂-𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 conducted the Cadet Officer Candidate Course (COCC) from May 11–14, 2026, at the LLCC school premises. As a training program for aspiring cadet officers, COCC tests candidates mentally and physically to build their leadership skills and prepare them for their new roles within the corps.

This phase focused on sharpening the candidates' physical endurance, mental readiness, and tactical proficiency, establishing a solid foundation for their journey toward becoming the next generation of leaders. Throughout the training, the aspiring cadet officers underwent physical conditioning, military drills, and key tactical discussions, including weapon mechanics and map reading.

With this preparatory phase complete, the candidates are now ready and equipped to move forward to the ROTC Training.

The 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂-𝗹𝗮𝗽𝘂 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 proudly celebrates Labor Day this 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 as we honor the dedication and sacrifice of those who keep our nation thriving.

This holiday traces its roots back to May 1, 1903, when the Unión Obrera Democrática de Filipinas led thousands of workers in a historic march to Malacañang to demand better working conditions during the American colonial period. More than a century later, we continue to honor that legacy by advocating for the rights, dignity, and welfare of every laborer from every corner of the country. From the high-rises of our cities to the fields of our provinces, your hard work serves as the foundation for a better tomorrow for every family.

We honor the struggles of the past and the triumphs of the present as we continue to push for a future filled with fair opportunities and collective prosperity.

𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On April 16, 2026, the Lapu-Lapu City College ROTC Unit held its Joint Basic and Advanced ROTC Graduation at the LLCC Multi-purpose Building, honoring 11 Advanced and 1,080 Basic cadets under the theme, "Training with Purpose, Leading with Integrity, Serving with Pride."

The event celebrated a year of successful training, culminating in the presentation of certificates and awards in recognition of the cadets' dedication, service, and contributions to the school community and the nation.

The program commenced with an opening ceremony, followed by the remarks of 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗕. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗺𝗼, NSTP Coordinator, who warmly acknowledged the attendees and commended the cadets for their hard work and perseverance.

The candidates for graduation were formally presented by 𝗦𝘀𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘀 𝗕 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 (𝗔𝗚𝗦) 𝗣𝗔 Admin NCO, and were officially declared graduates by commandant 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗔𝗯𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗟 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮 (𝗖𝗘) 𝗣𝗔 Commandant. This was followed by the awarding of certificates and medals to honor the cadets’ accomplishments.

A Change of Command Ceremony was also conducted. Outgoing Corps Commander 𝗖𝗗𝗧/𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗥. 𝗦𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝟭𝗖𝗟 delivered his message, stating, “Ang mga mahahalagang salita na magiging batayan ng aking prinsipyo na aking babaunin saan man ako dadalhin ng tadhana—Gumawang may puso, mag lingkod ng may dangal at maging lider ng walang hinihintay na kapalit.”

Our College Administrator 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗠. 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗼, delivered an inspiring message, emphasizing that while the training has ended, the cadets’ journey is only beginning. She highlighted that the values of discipline, resilience, and teamwork will guide them moving forward.

Following his remarks, Commandant LTC Abner L Esparcia (CE) PA had the honor of introducing the Guest of Honor and Speaker, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝘂𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻 - SP CHAIRPERSON, COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION, who delivered an inspiring address to the cadets.
