LANGITNONG AMAHAN,

Pinaagi kang Hesukristo. Amen.

Sometimes, a simple act of kindness can bring hope to someone who is struggling. A meal, a helping hand, a word of encouragement, or simply showing that someone cares can make a world of difference.

๐Ÿ’› To all our fellow Filipinos, especially our brothers and sisters across Mindanao, please take the HAZE alert seriously. Your health and safety matter.

Let us protect ourselves and our loved ones by staying indoors when possible, keeping doors and windows closed, wearing a well-fitted mask when going outside, and staying updated through official sources.

Let us not wait until the air becomes unsafe before we take action. A little precaution today can protect a life tomorrow.

Please stay safe, stay informed, and take care of one another. Together, we can keep our communities safe. ๐Ÿ’š

Nepal is facing a devastating tragedy after a powerful flash flood and mudslide struck near the Nepalโ€“Tibet border, leaving at least 31 people dead and hundreds still missing, including many foreign tourists.

Among those reported missing are more than 100 Indian nationals and 12 people from the United Kingdom, according to Nepalโ€™s tourism authorities. The affected area is a well-known destination for pilgrims and trekkers.

Let us remember the victims, the missing, their families, and the rescuers in our prayers. ๐Ÿ™
