As we mark the 6th anniversary of the Lady of Lourdes Urban Poor Association Association (LLUPA), we are filled with immense gratitude and pride. Over the past six years, LLUPA has grown into a vibrant and impactful organization, dedicated to fostering sustainable land use practices and building stronger communities.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Mayor Junard "Ahong" Chan for unwavering support and visionary leadership. And to our Mr Urban Poor kons Celestino "Tino" Aying we extend our deepest gratitude for your invaluable support to our association.
