Today, we proudly celebrate the anniversary of the Confederation of Ilocano Association Incorporated also known as Samahang Ilocano –CIASI 61892 Mother Chapter, held at Brgy. 48-B Cabungaan South, Laoag City.
This celebration is more than just marking another year of existence it is a reminder of our shared commitment to service, unity, and love for our community. In line with this, we conducted a bloodletting activity as a symbol of compassion and bayanihan, giving not just our time, but a part of ourselves to help save lives.
