Likhang Sining Likhang Sining is a Visual Art group founded in Ilocos Norte.

• Founded November 19, 2014, Likhang Sining is an association of young and talented artists who aims to promote global awareness , fostering unity in the different aspects of Art.
• Likhang Sining comes from the word "LIKHA" or "CREATE"and "SINING" or "ART" and therefore our purpose is "to CREATE ART".
• Likhang Sining's mission is to build and mold the skills of young aspiring artists, to create

a "SEMPITERNAL BOND" between amateurs and professional artists in the country, to intensify the artistic capabilities of the members, and to continue the mission towards excellence for our country.
