As the President of the Federated Day Care Parents Association of Laoag City and our very own Brgy. 22 Child Development Center, you have become so much more than an official to us—you are a true guardian, a father figure, and a pillar of hope.
We see the sacrifices you make that go unspoken. We see the hours you spend, the energy you pour out, and the burdens you quietly carry just to ensure that our little ones have a safe, nurturing place to grow. Your leadership is not driven by praise, but by a genuine, deep-seated love for the next generation. You have held our community together with your kindness, guided us with your wisdom, and inspired us with your absolute selflessness.
Our children may be too young to fully understand it now, but the foundation you are building for them will shape their lives forever. You are planting seeds of hope in their hearts, and for that, we can never thank you enough.
