As we begin another academic year, all nursing students are reminded to observe proper uniform standards and adhere to the prescribed guidelines. Proper wearing and presentation of the nursing uniform reflect our discipline, professionalism, and commitment to the nursing profession.

Girls: Checkered uniform with apron, white stocking and shoes, cap, nameplate, and duty bag.
Boys: White upper and bottom uniform, white shoes and socks, nameplate, and duty bag.
2๏ธโฃ ๐๐ฒ๐ฉ๐ ๐
Girls: Checkered uniform, white stockings and shoes, School ID.
Boys: White upper uniform, black slacks and shoes, white socks, and School ID.
3๏ธโฃ ๐๐ฒ๐ฉ๐ ๐ - Community Health Nursing (CHN) Uniform
For MWF:
Girls: Maroon sublimation, black slacks and shoes, skintone stockings, School ID, and PHN bag.
Boys: Maroon sublimation, black slacks and shoes, white socks, School ID and PHN bag.
For TTHS: School and Community Health Nursing (CHN) Uniform
Girls: Green sublimation, black pants and shoes, skintone stocking, School ID, and PHN bag.
Boys: Green sublimation, black pants and shoes, skintone stockings, School ID, and PHN bag.

Girls: Scrub suit and pants, scrub cap, scrub mask, and white scrub shoes.

Girls: PE shirt and pants, rubber shoes, white socks, and School ID.

๐ธ For your reference: Photos of the prescribed uniforms are provided below. Please take note of the proper way of wearing each uniform and ensure compliance with the given guidelines.
โ ๏ธ Reminder: Adherence to the prescribed uniform guidelines is expected. Improper wearing or non-compliance with the uniform guidelines will be addressed accordingly.
